Advertiser and/or Member- Postee shall not hold Online Investor Forum responsible and further agrees to indemnify Online Investor Forum Management Team harmless from any and all liability leading to loss, damages, claims, or causes of action, including reasonable legal fees and expenses that may be incurred by Online Investor Forum that arises from any misconduct or infringement caused or related to Advertiser's breach on any outstanding case or misrepresentations and overdue terms with warranties.

Online Investor Forum will remove any ads that are reported to us as being scams either within or elsewhere. Should ANY one or more advertisements or Member-Postee on our site is not providing or conducting in a reasonable manner as advertised or misbehaving that is not condusive to our Forum ethics, please email us the details and we will remove the advert/banner or undertake immediate steps to penalise first before considering total removal/banning from our Forum site..

Your Obligation to Indemnify You agree to indemnify, defend and hold Online Investor Forum free of prosecution from any third party claim, loss, liability, and expense (including damage awards, settlement amounts, and reasonable legal fees), brought against any Online Investor Forum and its Member Team, arising out of Your use of our advertising options, Your Web site, and/or Your breach of any term of this Agreement.

Note: Before purchasing ads you must agree to our Terms & Conditions on Advertising: We are not responsible for any of your site(s) downtime or poor progress bandwidth. You rent a banner for a period of time, and if your site is offline during that time, it remains your responsibility. We will not extend your advertising resulting from any or such circumstances caused.

Online Investor Forum does not approve nor allow ads to be placed with fraudulent sites. We reserve the right to decline any future publishing of related ads should complaints reach us in writing and verifiably proven to us (hence no refunds). We are NOT affiliated with any of our advertisers and Online Investor Forum Team are not responsible for any actions both from Advertisers and Member-Postees.
